At Alyvessa, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent delivery services. This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from Alyvessa and shipped within Malaysia, with all prices and shipping-related charges displayed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within Malaysia. All orders placed on our website are eligible for nationwide delivery within the country.
Shipping Fees
We proudly offer free shipping nationwide within Malaysia, with no minimum purchase requirement. All shipping costs are fully covered by Alyvessa, and no additional delivery or handling fees are charged.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 06:00 PM (GMT+8) from Monday to Friday are eligible for processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Handling and Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days, with fulfillment conducted from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak sales periods, promotional campaigns, or national holidays.
Delivery and Transit Time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days, with deliveries taking place from Monday to Friday. Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, or other external circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time, including handling and transit, is 6 to 12 working days from the date the order is placed. All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, courier details, and a tracking link, where available, to monitor the status of your delivery.
Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Alyvessa is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, reshipment can be arranged once the correct address is confirmed.
If your shipment is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or missing in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist in coordinating with the courier.
